When entering the phase of puberty, adolescents should be prepared adequately for the many changes that they will face at biological, emotional, and social levels. This is also a phase wherein our bodily functions reflect our health, making it important to distinguish between normal and abnormal changes. Females must be taught about menstruation in an accurate, bold and non-judgemental manner.
The session has been specifically designed to empower and educate young girls about the challenges they will face as they enter the turbulent phase of puberty in an interactive format. A special emphasis is laid on menstruation and dealing with the many challenges it brings.
